Trading in Critical Resources shares has been paused at our request while we prepare an announcement regarding a proposed acquisition.

We've asked for the halt to give us the chance to finalise the details and get the announcement right before trading resumes. It will stay in place until normal trading starts on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, or until we release the announcement to the market, whichever comes first.

At this stage there's no further detail to share. The proposed acquisition hasn't been announced yet, so we can't say more about what it involves or what it might mean for the Company until that announcement is out.
