Today we're issuing 244,200,000 new fully paid ordinary shares (CRR) and 146,100,000 new options expiring 23 April 2028 (CRRO), following on from the capital raising we announced to the market on 31 August 2026.

The bulk of this issue, 225,000,000 shares, was placed for cash at A$0.005 per share, with 112,500,000 free attaching options issued alongside on a 1-for-2 basis. A further 19,200,000 shares and 9,600,000 options were issued to our lead manager as a fee for arranging the $1.6 million capital raising, on the same terms as the placement. The remaining 24,000,000 options were also issued as part of that lead manager fee.

There's more to come. A separate 95,000,000 new shares and 47,500,000 new options are still to be issued, but only once shareholders approve them at our upcoming general meeting. We'll keep you updated as that vote approaches.

Once today's securities are quoted, Critical Resources will have 3,438,285,445 ordinary shares and 748,384,548 CRRO options on issue, plus a small number of unquoted options outstanding from earlier issues.
