Trading in Critical Resources shares has been halted at our request while we prepare an announcement about a capital raising.

The halt was requested under the standard ASX listing rule that applies when a company needs time to get the full details right before the market trades on them. It's a routine step, not a sign of anything unusual on its own.

Trading will stay halted until either normal trading resumes on Monday, 31 August 2026, or we release the capital raising announcement, whichever comes first.
