Claim Staking Consolidates Mavis Lake Lithium Project
Summary
We've staked two additional claims at the Red Hat target, sitting within our 100% owned Mavis Lake Project in Ontario, Canada. There's no purchase price or vendor royalty attached, just normal government staking and maintenance costs.
The claims cover ground interpreted to contain a historical drill hole, RH11-03, which reportedly intersected 9.174 g/t Au over 1.2 m from 133.8 m. This is a historical result from a former owner, not verified by us, and it comes with the usual caveats: it hasn't been reported under the JORC Code, and true width is unknown. We plan to verify the underlying records and accurately locate the hole before deciding on next steps, which could include mapping, geochemistry, geophysics or confirmation drilling, subject to permitting and seasonal access.
Red Hat sits within a roughly 14 km trend of underexplored gold, silver and base-metal occurrences across the Mavis Lake ground, giving us a further target alongside our existing lithium resource there.
This builds on our broader Mavis Lake landholding of over 400 km², which hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 8.0 Mt at 1.07% Li₂O. The project also benefits from nearby highway and rail access and established grid power, useful advantages should development proceed.
Nothing here changes our lithium strategy at Mavis Lake, it simply consolidates our control over a promising gold target on the same ground, adding another string to the project's bow.
