Change of Auditor

Critical Resources Limited (ASX:CRR) has announced a change in auditors, with Stantons International Audit and Consulting Pty Ltd appointed as the new auditor effective from 27 April 2026, following the resignation of BDO Audit Pty Ltd. The decision to change auditors was made after a consultation process, with Stantons selected for their reputation, experience, and competitive fee structure. A resolution to ratify this appointment will be proposed at the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting.
