Change of Director's Interest Notice (x2)

In the recent Appendix 3Y Change of Director’s Interest Notice, Critical Resources Limited disclosed the change in director Timothy Wither's relevant interests in securities. The director acquired 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares and 1,250,000 Unlisted Options with a value of $50,000 and free attaching options, respectively. The total securities held after the change include 3,125,000 Options and 20,250,000 Ordinary Shares. This change resulted from the Issue of Placement Shares and Options as approved by Shareholders on 20 March 2026.

Additionally, director Bilal Ahmad also reported a change in interests, acquiring 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares and 5,000,000 Unlisted Options with a value of $200,000 and free attaching options, respectively. The total securities held after the change include 201,175,000 Ordinary Shares and 59,062,500 Options. This change also resulted from the Issue of Placement Shares and Options as approved by Shareholders on 20 March 2026.
