Notification regarding unquoted securities - CRR

We are pleased to announce the issuance of 6,250,000 unquoted equity securities, namely the CRRAC Option Expiring on April 23, 2028, with an exercise price of $0.008. This transaction is in line with our previous announcements and reflects our commitment to future growth and strategic development.
