Change in substantial holding

We are pleased to announce a change in the interests of substantial holder Bilal Ahmad in Critical Resources Limited. His voting power has increased from 5.66% to 6.72% due to an equity placement approved by shareholders. The total number of Ordinary Fully Paid Shares now stands at 202,300,000.

There have been changes in relevant interests, with Dilution due to equity placement on 02/10/2025 and another equity placement on 22/12/2025. Bilal Ahmad now holds a relevant interest in 181,175,000 Ordinary Shares, BAB Super Fund Pty Ltd in 15,300,000 Ordinary Shares, and Ms. W Iqbal in 5,825,000 Ordinary Shares.
